Dr. Pauliina Damdimopoulou is a senior lecturer in perinatal and reproductive toxicology at the Department of Clinical Science, Intervention and Technology at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. She defended her PhD thesis on dietary polyphenols in 2008 at the University of Turku in Finland, and has studied the impact of environmental chemical exposures on the endocrine system for over 20 years. Her laboratory focuses on chemical impacts on fertility in women with a focus on ovaries.
