Publication of the article

The research titled "Identification of differentially expressed genes from Trichoderma harzianum during growth on cell wall of Fusarium solani as a tool for biotechnological application", coordinated by advisor of PPGB Dr. Cirano José Ulhoa, was published in the journal BMC Genomics (JCR 4.073 - Qualis A2). The study was performed in colaboration with researchers of Faculty of Agronomy - UFG and Universidade de São Paulo - USP/Ribeirão Preto.
