I Workshop of Project “Vibrar Parkinson”
The “Vibrar Parkinson” is a project involving the Integrated Institute of Neuroscience (IINEURO) and the Federal University of Goias (UFG) and has as objective better inform the society about the Parkinson disease. In this sense, the community is invited to participate of I Workshop of Project “Vibrar Parkinson”, that will occur in 10-11 April 2015 at the Convention Center of UFG (Goiania-GO). The Workshop’s theme is “Better Life Quality – Treatments and Terapies”, presenting as focus provides information easily understandable to patients, relatives and health professionals.
The Workshop’s Program was elaborated aiming to inform and clarify doubts concerning the disease, effective treatments and therapies available as well as the care need to improve the health quality of the patients with Parkinson’s disease. Considering that the adherence to treatment of Parkinson’s disease is extremely important, the I Workshop of Project “Vibrar Parkinson” will offer practical activities to stimulate and facilitate the involvement of patients and relatives.
The lectures will be given by professionals with expertise in disturbs of movements, with experience in clinical practice and scientific research of Parkinson's disease. So, we hope the Workshop can help with improvement of information regarding the social and therapeutic of Parkinson’s disease.
